Sr Walters has more than 18 years of experience in quantity surveying. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Veritas University College (VUC). He is a registered member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM).
He has handled more than 50 projects worth over RM8 billion in total — covering landed and high-rise residential, township, mixed development, commercial, industrial, office, hotel and civil works. He has worked with well-known developers including Gamuda Land, Guocoland, Titijaya, Land & General, Mayland, PJD (OSK), Tradewinds, Mulia Property Group and Nirvana, through firms such as TL Associates, QST Consult, Kumpulan Sepakat Konsult (Vescope), Vincent Tan Associates, PCM Kos Perunding and Unitech QS Consultancy (2007–2019).
In 2020, he joined VQS Praktis Sdn Bhd to run his own business unit, before founding WG Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn Bhd — continuing to serve his clients with the same care and dedication.
